RAising Gut Health Awareness

Im going to cycle 4,300 miles in a race across America!  To raise awareness for healthy lifestyles.

I am passionate about getting accurate information about nutrition because our nutrition creates health.  That is right! We create our own health through the food choices we make EVERY day.  I believe that we all have the ability to thrive instead of going through life just surviving.  Most people don't even know (or have forgotten) what thriving feels like.

I LOVE sharing and educating my clients and followers with up-to-date information about nutrition (as it is always changing),  I also enjoy sharing easy ways to incorporate this information into their life so that they can live a better quality of life. 

I believe that having experiences help me to serve my clients better.  This race is to raise awareness for health, we can reach health through nutrition... Our genes are not the determining factor!

The last 5 years as a Nutrition Coach, has been so rewarding. The "miracles" that happen in my practice are "magical". We have seen stage 4 cancer miraculously heal, diverticulitis, crohn's, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc.. all healed and only with nutrition!

I will be journaling my journey, videoing, taking pictures etc… Sharing it all on all of my social media platforms.  For me to do these rides I will need to train daily, I will need winter training equipment as I live in the North East, I need support financially as well mentally.  Which is why I am asking for help.

The money raised will go towards my year of training, it will cover all of my gear and all of expenses for both trips. 

Here are the two rides that I will be doing in 2021:

TransAmerica Trail: Road Cycling. Starts in Oregon and ends in Virginia. Total of 4,218 miles and 219,855 feet in elevation. Self supported ride. I’d like to do this one in June 2021

THE Ride: TNGA is 350 miles with 50,000 feet in Elevation. This is mostly a single track race done with a mountain bike and bike computer. This is a self supported ride. This race has been held in mid August every year, so I am assuming it will be the same in 2021.  The dates have not been posted, once the 2020 ride is complete the new dates will be posted.
